Starting point

Does your website still match the practice you run today?

  • You are being recommended. But your website does not convince yet.

People who receive a recommendation often want to get a feel for the person and the offering first. Your website should support that good first impression.

  • Your offering is good. But hard to understand online.

Prospective clients should quickly see what your areas of focus are, how you work and whether your practice fits their needs.

  • Organizational questions repeatedly take up time.

Information about directions, the process and ways to get in touch helps prospective clients before they pick up the phone.

Even if your practice is fully booked, a new website can make sense: for more fitting inquiries, better orientation and a presence that reflects your work.

Process

You look after your clients. We look after your website.

  1. 1

    Getting to know your practice

In a short conversation, we clarify your areas of focus, your goals and what your new website should achieve.

  2. 2

    View your free draft

We create an individual draft and go through it together with you. Free of charge and non-binding.

  3. 3

    Decide in your own time

If you would like to go ahead with us, you receive an offer with a clearly described scope of services and a binding price.

  4. 4

    Refine and publish

Once you have commissioned us, we coordinate the agreed adjustments with you and take care of the technical implementation and publication.

You contribute your expertise and approve the content. We guide you through the process and clarify early on which images, information and access we need.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions before you commission

Is the website draft really free of charge and non-binding?

Yes. You see our proposal first and then decide whether you would like to go ahead with us. If you decide against it, you incur no costs.

How much does my new practice website cost?

Website creation starts with the Starter package with 2–3 subpages from €500 net. The Business package with up to 8 subpages is approx. €1,299 net. We state the binding price and the exact scope of services in the written offer before you commission us.

What ongoing costs are there?

Depending on scope, there may be costs for hosting, domain or maintenance. We list them in the offer separately from the one-time creation. We only state fixed amounts there, so that you do not pay anything twice or too much.

How much time do I have to invest myself?

You contribute your expertise and approve text, images and content. We guide you through the process and clarify early on which information, images and access we need.

Who writes the text?

We word it clearly together with you. You provide the expertise and approve every statement. The text is included in the Business package; for the Starter package, we clarify the support in the offer. Advertising claims by practices are subject to professional and healthcare advertising regulations. We point this out, but we do not replace legal advice.

Can my domain and email addresses be kept?

We clarify this together with you before implementation. It depends on where the domain and email addresses are currently registered and hosted. We discuss the options beforehand and record them in the offer.

What happens to my existing website?

Your existing website simply stays online and unchanged. You do not have to do anything. Only once your new website is ready do we agree with you when it replaces the old one.

What happens if I do not like the draft?

No problem. Tell us what you do not like. Once we understand your taste and how you would like it, we are happy to create a second draft so that you feel completely comfortable before we move on to implementation.

Can existing appointment booking systems be integrated?

Yes, that is no problem. We take a close look at your appointment booking system and integrate it properly into your new website.

Do you also help with the Google Business Profile?

Yes, as an additional service by quotation. We set up or revise the profile and align the details with your website. We cannot guarantee rankings on Google, and we do not offer purchased reviews.

What could your practice website look like?

Let us get to know your practice. We discuss your wishes and show you with a free draft what your new presence could look like.

Free of charge and non-binding. You only decide on the implementation afterwards.

What happens after your request

We get in touch with you personally. In a short conversation, we get to know your practice and use it to prepare your draft.
