Social media & ads
Visibility is good. Reaching the right customers is better.
We plan posts and ads that reach your target audience and guide interested people to the right page. Management and ads are separate items, and we do not guarantee a number of enquiries.
- Every post goes live only after your approval
- Accounts stay with you
- Ad budget goes directly to Google or Meta

Who this service is for
For businesses with profiles nobody maintains, and for companies that want to win inquiries through Google or Meta. Management (ongoing) and ads (with ad budget) are separate building blocks and can be booked individually or together.
- Practices, studios and treatment providers
- Trades and service businesses
- Local providers with a service area
- Businesses with an existing but quiet social media presence
- 01
Profiles without upkeep
The last post is months old. Anyone checking you out quickly concludes that the business is no longer active.
- 02
Ads without a clear goal
Budget flows into reach instead of inquiries because audience, message or landing page do not fit.
- 03
No overview of what works
Without clean measurement, it stays unclear which posts and ads actually bring contacts.
The path to an enquiry
From attention to enquiry
Each stage needs its own creative. The examples are schematic and show how the stages work together.
01
Attention
Anyone who doesn't know your business yet sees a creative first. It must be understandable in seconds and fit the target audience.

What we take on concretely
Organic and paid: two tasks, one plan
Build for the long term
Organic
Posts and listings that keep your business visible and credible over time.
- Social media managementEditorial plan, post design, publishing and upkeep of your channels. You provide topics and photos or we develop them together, and you approve every post.
- Google Business profileWe set up or revise your Google listing: details, services, images and posts, so that you appear clearly in local search and on Maps.
Targeted delivery
Paid
Ads for people who are searching right now or who fit your offer exactly.
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Audience, ad design, placement and reporting. Useful for example for appointment offers, promotions or regional awareness.
- Google AdsAds for search queries with a concrete need, for example "emergency heating service Kassel". With a suitable landing page so that clicks become inquiries.
Combines both
Use cases
- Organic + Google listing
Practice: show treatments clearly
Regular posts explain individual treatments and procedures, while the Google listing provides opening hours and reviews.
- Paid + organic
Trades: get found regionally
Google Ads for concrete inquiries, social media for projects and references from the region.
- Paid for a limited time
New opening or promotion
A time-limited Meta campaign draws attention to an opening, offer or appointments.

What we take from this
- Explainer posts bring interested people to the website.
- The offer works as an ad, the landing page needs fine-tuning.
- More budget only where enquiries come from.
Budget and collaboration
Two items that stay separate
What we charge and what goes to Google or Meta is listed separately in the quote. We name prices after the intro call.
You
keep accounts and approval
Fee to PageLeo
- One-off
- No flat rate. One-off costs apply for setting up accounts, tracking and the Google profile, as well as the ad concept; the quote follows after the intro call.
- Ongoing
- Management and ad administration as an ongoing service, shown separately in the quote. For ads, the ad budget is added, which you pay directly to Google or Meta and not to PageLeo.
Ad budget goes directly to Google or Meta
You decide the ad budget. It goes directly to the platform, not to PageLeo, and runs through your own ad account.
What we take care of
- Management: editorial plan, post design, publishing after your approval, channel upkeep
- Ads: target audience, ad design, setup and reporting for Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Setting up or revising your Google Business Profile
- Inquiry tracking and an easy-to-understand report
What you provide
- Access to your accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Google, ad accounts) with suitable permissions; the accounts remain yours
- Topics, photos and impressions from your business; we do not produce visual material
- Approval of every post and every ad
- Decision on goal, region, target audience and ad budget
- Payment method for the ad accounts
Limits
- Number of inquiries, reach or followers are not guaranteed.
- Building reach takes time and regular posts.
- Ad costs vary by industry, region and competition.
- Platforms change rules and algorithms; fluctuations are normal.
- Ads need a suitable landing page; if there is none, we suggest one or include it in the quote.
Privacy & security
Reputable way of working
We work transparently and in your own accounts. The ad budget goes directly to Google or Meta, not through us.
- No guaranteed reach or inquiry numbers
- No purchased followers, likes or reviews
- Every post approved before publication
- Ad budget and accounts stay with you
- Privacy-compliant tracking, aligned with your privacy policy
Integration
Channels and tools
We work in your own accounts. We set up access with the necessary rights and you keep ownership.
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Business Profile
- Google Analytics, if set up
Result
What you get out of it

Ads with a clear goal and a suitable landing page
Traceable reporting instead of gut feeling

Actual results depend on the starting point, scope and implementation. We do not give guarantees of success.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does social media management cost?
It depends on channels, posting frequency and design effort. There is no flat rate; after the intro call you receive a quote. Setup (one-off) and management (ongoing) are shown separately. Ad budget comes on top and goes directly to Google or Meta.
Do you also handle Google Ads and Meta Ads?
Yes: concept, design, setup and reporting. You set the budget; we suggest a range. It is paid to the platform in addition to our fee.
Can you also set up my Google Business Profile?
Yes. We create or revise the listing and maintain services, images and posts. We cannot replace genuine customer reviews, and we refuse to buy them.
Do you guarantee inquiries or followers?
No. We improve the conditions and show what changes. How many inquiries result depends on industry, region and budget.
Do I have to write every post myself?
No. You provide topics, photos or impressions from everyday work, and we turn them into posts. Nothing is published until you approve it.
