2. General information

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. This website is hosted on servers in Germany.

We deliberately do not use external tracking services, advertising networks or social media plugins.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files (IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type). This data is used to ensure trouble-free operation and to improve our services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

Log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.

4. Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (initiation of a contract) or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR.

We do not pass this data on without your consent. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose.

5. Appointment booking (Calendly)

We use Calendly for online appointment booking. When you open the booking window, data is transferred to Calendly LLC (USA). This only happens after you actively click on the booking button. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. More information: https://calendly.com/privacy.

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Only technically necessary functions are used (e.g. storing your language selection).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
