Costs

Guide prices, ongoing costs and what is in the quote.

What does a website cost?

As a guide price we quote from €500 net for the Starter package (2–3 subpages) and approx. €1,299 net for Business (up to 8 subpages). Hosting is free in year 1, then €5 per month. Optional support (hosting included) costs €24 per month in year 1 and €29 per month from year 2. The fixed price in the written quote is what counts.

What do ads, chatbots, phone assistants, automation and software cost?

There are no flat rates for these. After the intro call you receive a quote that lists one-off setup and ongoing costs separately. For ads, the ad budget that goes to Google or Meta is added.

What costs come on top of the quote?

All ongoing costs known to us, such as hosting, maintenance or use of AI services, are listed in the quote. In addition, domain fees and licences from external providers may apply. We name these in advance as well.

Do I need my own texts and images?

Texts and image selection are included in the Business package. With the Starter package you supply texts and photos; how far we support you with that is set out in the quote. On-site photo shoots are not part of the standard scope.

Project process

From the intro call to the start.

How does a project start?

With a free intro call. After that we take a closer look at your situation, create a concept and send a quote.

What is the difference between an intro call and an enquiry?

The intro call is a phone or video appointment that you book online. The enquiry is a written message via the form, email or WhatsApp, which we answer personally.

How long does a project take?

That depends on the scope and on how quickly feedback comes in. You get a realistic schedule after the intro call.

AI and data protection

How the chatbot and phone assistant handle data.

How does the chatbot work, and what happens with questions it doesn't know?

The chatbot draws on content you approve, such as your website, price lists and frequent questions. No training of a custom AI model takes place. If information isn't stored or the answer is uncertain, it is meant to point to your contact details or a callback instead of guessing. Errors can't be ruled out entirely. That is why we test before launch and spot-check during operation.

Do callers and visitors learn that they are talking to an AI?

Yes. The chatbot and phone assistant identify themselves as AI. We agree the wording of the announcement with you.

How do you handle data?

Before the start we clarify which data is processed. We only use service providers that fit. The legal assessment of your individual case is up to your legal counsel.

Do you give guarantees of legal compliance?

No. We implement data protection technically. That doesn't replace legal advice.

Maintenance and operation

What happens after launch.

Who takes care of things after launch?

If you wish, we do. What maintenance and further development include and cost, we agree beforehand.

Integrations

Connecting to your existing systems.

Can you connect our existing systems?

Mostly yes, if the system has an interface, for example with CRM, calendar or email. In the intro call we clarify what is possible for you.

Another question?

Write via the form, email or WhatsApp. You get answers from a human.
