Who this service is for

For companies with several services, a team and a location that want to inform prospects thoroughly on the website before they call. This is the Business package.

What we deliver

  • Free draft of your website upfront
  • Up to 8 subpages with their own structure and navigation, a separate page for each service
  • Copy and image selection (your photos or stock photos) as drafts for approval
  • Appointment booking on the website and visible contact options
  • Page titles and descriptions, structured data, FAQ section as clearly organized answers, sitemap, analytics setup
  • Design for smartphone and desktop, testing on real devices, launch, briefing and handover
What we need from you5
  • Goals, target groups and information about your services
  • Existing photos, logo and fonts; approval of the copy drafts
  • Details for the legal notice and privacy policy
  • Approval for references, figures and seals, if they are to be shown
  • Access to your existing domain and current hosting, if any
Requirements and limits5
  • Nobody can guarantee rankings on Google. We create the foundation from structure, suitable content and fast technology.
  • You are ultimately responsible for technical statements on the site. We check for clarity, not for technical accuracy or legal certainty.
  • References, figures and seals only appear if they exist and you approve them.
  • Your own photo production is not included.
  • More than 8 subpages, multilingual support or additional integrations go beyond the guide scope and are defined in the quote.

The first impression

Four things that decide trust

Anyone who does not know your company looks online first. A company website therefore has to show in a few clicks what you offer, for whom, how you work and how to reach you. We plan structure, copy and technology around that. The Business package includes up to 8 subpages; we define more in the quote.

  1. 1

    Services stay abstract

Long lists and technical terms do not tell prospects what is in it for them. If someone does not know after the first paragraph whether you offer the right thing, they click on to the next provider.

  2. 2

No one knows who is behind it

Contact persons, location, way of working and real references build trust. Without them, even a solid company looks like an anonymous mailbox.

  3. 3

The website grows without a plan

Each new service gets tacked on somewhere until nobody can find their way around. Navigation and findability then suffer alike.

  4. 4

    Contact options are hidden

Phone number in the footer, form on a subpage, no callback offer: every extra click costs inquiries, especially on smartphones.

Purpose of the page

Home page

Shows in a few seconds what you offer, for whom and how to reach you. It directs visitors onward.

Typical content

  • Clear core message with a visible next step
  • Short overview of your services
  • Contact person and first proof
  • Phone or appointment booking without searching

Building blocks

What a good company website includes

  1. One page per service

Each service gets its own page, matched to what your customers search for. Visitors find their topic faster. Each page gets suitable search terms, title and description, as well as structured data.

  2. Copy from the customer's perspective

We explain what customers get out of it and how it works, in your language and without empty superlatives. Copy and image selection (your photos or stock photos) are included in the Business package. We write drafts from your information, and you approve them.

  3. Mobile user guidance

Menu, call button and forms can be operated with a thumb on a smartphone. Most visitors come on mobile, so the site is designed for it first.

  4. Visible contact options

Phone, form, email or appointment booking on the website (included in the Business package), depending on when and how you can be reached. The right option is one click away from every page.

  5. Only real proof

References go on the site only with your approval. We invent neither figures nor seals. If a proof point is still missing, we show how you work.

  6. Built fast and clean

Lean images, few scripts and a clean technical foundation ensure short load times. That makes the site easier to use and helps with findability in search.

Who it's for

Typical starting points

  • Trade business with several trades

Plumbing, heating and bathrooms each get their own page with process, service area and call button. Anyone searching "heating broken" in the evening finds the number right away.

  • Tax firm or consultancy

Service pages for individual topics, a team page with contact persons and an intro call form that asks only what you really need to prepare the appointment.

  • Medical practice with several locations

Directions, opening hours and team for each location, plus information for new patients. Appointment booking or callback requests are directly accessible for each location.

  • Mid-sized company with a product portfolio

Product areas, industry pages and a careers or info section that can be added later without rebuilding the website.

What we need, data protection and limits

Integration

What we need from you

To keep things moving, we mainly need two things: content and decisions. We work out a lot together in conversation; you do not have to bring finished copy.

  • Goals and target groups: who should do what on the site?
  • Existing copy, images, logo and fonts. Your own photo production is not included
  • Details for the legal notice and privacy policy
  • Desired features such as appointment booking, forms or multilingual support
  • Access to your existing domain and current hosting, if any

Privacy & security

Privacy and legal basics

We only integrate services you really need and document data flows so that you can describe them in your privacy policy. This does not replace legal advice.

  • Consent for non-essential services, such as analytics or external maps
  • No unnecessary external scripts and fonts from third-party servers
  • Data-minimizing contact forms with a clear note on processing
  • Legal notice and privacy policy planned as mandatory pages; you review the content with your legal adviser if needed

Result

What you get out of it

  • Prospects find the most important answers before the first conversation

  • Fewer questions about basics, more relevant inquiries

  • A clear, trustworthy first impression on smartphone and desktop

  • A structure that grows with you when your offering changes

  • A dedicated contact person who knows your site

Actual results depend on the starting point, scope and implementation. We do not give guarantees of success.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many pages does a company website need?

As many as your customers have different questions. Typical are a home page, one page per service, About us, Contact, plus legal notice and privacy policy. The Business package includes up to 8 subpages. A business with three services usually manages with that; a broadly positioned company needs more, which we define in the quote. More important than the number is that each page has a clear topic.

What does it cost to have a company website built?

You will find the guide prices further down this page. The exact price depends on the number of pages, features such as multilingual support or integrations, and the material already available. We always create a free draft of your website for you upfront. After that you receive a written quote listing the one-off costs and the running costs for hosting and maintenance separately.

How long does it take until the website is online?

It depends mainly on how quickly content and approvals come in. We do not give a fixed duration across the board. The quote includes a schedule and shows where we need your input.

Do you write the copy, or do we have to do it ourselves?

Yes, copy and image selection are included in the Business package. We hold a conversation with you, read existing material and create drafts in your tone. You review, correct and approve. If you prefer to write yourself, we give you structure and headings as a framework. You remain responsible for technical statements.

Isn't a template cheaper than a custom website?

Templates and site builders are often cheaper to start with and perfectly fine for small sites. They reach their limits when structure, copy and load time need to fit your offering. We build with our own structure and copy, and we tell you if a simpler solution is enough for your project.

Will the website be found on Google?

We lay the foundation: a separate page per service with suitable search terms, page title and description, structured data, an FAQ section, fast load times and analytics setup. How well you rank also depends on competition, region and content. Nobody can guarantee rankings. If you want more visibility, add ongoing search engine optimization to the website.

Can pages, languages or features be added later?

Yes, the structure is designed for that. New services, industry pages, a knowledge section, a second language or a careers section can be added without rebuilding the website. We discuss in advance what you will likely need later so that the foundation fits.

Who takes care of hosting, domain and maintenance?

We advise you on this and take it over if you wish. Your domain stays registered in your name. Security updates and changes after launch are listed in the quote as separate items so you know what recurring costs to expect.

Your business deserves a web presence that builds trust.

We first create a free draft of your website. You only pay once you like it.
